Health and Safety of our Clients is Paramount.
While your beauty and genuine satisfaction is Our Passion, your WELL-BEING ALWAYS COMES FIRST, that's why we require our clients to familiarize with our policies BEFORE SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT.
Please read the following statements carefully.
PRE-PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS
Preparation is Key:
Understand the Commitment: Permanent makeup is a way of cosmetic tattooing, intended to be semi-permanent lasting average 12-18 months. On a rare occasion, the pigment may migrate under the skin. A negative patch test result does not guarantee that you will not develop an allergic reaction after the full procedure. Allergic reactions to anesthetic can occur.
Awareness of Potential Discomfort: Be prepared for some discomfort during the procedure. We use topical anesthetics to minimize it, but everyone's sensitivity is different.
Full Disclosure about Prior Permanent Makeup: If you've had previous permanent makeup, please disclose it before your appointment. Covering existing work might not be possible, leading to disappointment and potential loss of deposit upon arrival.
Please Note! Permanent makeup cannot be performed if you are:
Pregnant or breastfeeding: Please wait at least 6 weeks after weaning to schedule your appointment.
Having botox in the procedure area: Botox needs at least 4 weeks to settle before permanent makeup can be applied.
Under 18 years old: The minimum age for permanent makeup is 18.
Living with Type 1 diabetes: This condition requires special considerations and may not be compatible with the procedure.
Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications: Substances like Prozac, Xanax, Valium, or Prednisone can interfere with the procedure and the healing process.
Final Step:
We will take ample time during your appointment to discuss your desired shape and color. Your complete satisfaction is our priority, so we won't begin the procedure until you're 100% happy with the design.
PROCEDURE FEE
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your appointment and secure your technician's time. This helps ensure their schedule remains dedicated to you and compensates for lost time if canceled. Deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your permanent makeup service on the day of your appointment.
A consultation is required before any permanent makeup service.
The price of our permanent makeup services and touch-up appointments are listed on pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on industry changes and rising costs. We will notify you of any price adjustments before performing your procedure.
While our technique often achieves great results within one procedure, touch-up appointments are available for an additional fee to address factors like fading, personal preference, or skin type variations. Please note that cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
We accept Zelle, Paypal, Stripe, major credit/debit cards, and preferably cash. No checks, CashApp, or money orders.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice (2 business days) and we'll happily transfer your deposit to your new appointment!
To ensure fairness for all clients, we have a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiting your deposit as a late fee. If you've missed two appointments within the past year, a new deposit will be required before scheduling again.
Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain our schedule!
LATE ARRIVAL
Out of respect and consideration for your cosmetic tattoo artist and other clients, please do your best to arrive on time or even 10 minutes earlier to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in.
If you are more than 15 minutes late (if you feel you will be late, please let us know in advance so that plans can be made), we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
GUESTS
Due to space limitations and safety concerns, all clients are asked to arrive to appointment without any guests, including children of any age. Unfortunately, if you arrive to your appointment with a guest or children you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and may result in loss of your deposit.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or training to anyone at our discretion.
If you are knowingly under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any mood-altering drugs/medications when you arrive at your scheduled appointment YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
RESULTS
Although we use premium products and provide proficient and high-quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results, that's why successful results cannot be and are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at an additional charge, may be required to obtain desired results.
When you leave the appointment, your cosmetic tattoo will be intact and we will do our best to help you heal properly. Your lifestyle choices, age, genetics, and skin type will contribute to the retention of your pigment. If you use sun-beds, sunbath, don’t use sun protection, smoke, use anti-aging creams or acidic cleansers over the tattooed areas, sweat daily your cosmetic tattoo WILL fade faster and you’ll need to come earlier for your refresh touch ups.
Cosmetic tattoos are an art, not a science. Your results will vary and using makeup may still be needed, especially when wearing heavy coverage makeup.
This is not necessarily a no maintenance treatment, but a low maintenance treatment. No two sides of the face are the same or perfectly symmetrical and whilst trying to obtain perfect symmetry is our goal, nothing is guaranteed or 100% perfect.
Healed results will vary with each individual client. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process.
Infections can occur if aftercare instructions are not followed correctly. There may be swelling and redness following the procedure. You may experience minor bleeding. If you have an MRI scan within 3 months after your procedure, you should notify/discuss with your doctor. Possible scarring may occur.
Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process.
Abosutelly no guarantees will be made.
All services provided are non-refundable.
TOUCH-UPS
Touch-up appointment can be scheduled no sooner than 6-12 weeks following the first session. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again.
This touch-up appointment is highly suggested for the best-healed results.
If you can not perform the complimentary touch-up due to your own scheduling conflicts, medical reasons, pregnancy, or do not show up for your scheduled appointment for whatever reason, a fee of $100 will be charged for touch-ups as well as if you schedule it after 6 months depending on next appointment availability.
No additional touch-up appointments will be performed earlier than 6 weeks after the last service to avoid skin trauma.
Refreshers/Color Boost Session (the annual touch-ups) are generally required every 1-3 years to keep the color looking fresh.
If any other technician applies any cosmetic tattoo over an area originally done by us, we will no longer perform any other future procedures on you. No exceptions.
